What a Difference a Day Makes

We wanted to share a graphic depiction of just how quickly some of our crops can grow. This is a picture of some Micro Farms growing hong vit radishes in our LED lighted ONE+ system. The crop on the left is 5 days old while the one on the right is just 4 days. We planted the same seeds in the same growing media with the same amount of dark time. It is just incredible the rate of growth and size of our plants. The hong vit microgreens are not only visually stunning but taste like an oriental favorite, daikon.

We are experimenting with several other crops and will be featuring more shots of new crops in the coming days.
