 We are transitioning our labels to our new logo and this picture is one of the first newly labeled live trays to hit store shelves.  Fun kit with dun pea microgreens. Seeded with some space, the peas grew up and TALL, photos are of plants at 12 days. These really fun to grow microgreens can be multiple harvested. Simply snip off the tops as they start to shoot off tendrils and they will regrow again. When you are done, the remaining organics can be chopped and added to a stir fry or cooked as they will be fibrous. Remains also serve as great food for farm animals or composted to return to the earth. The hydroponic mat is sourced from wood waste, so the whole mat and remains are compostable.

 How about our second wave of brassica super foods, the new cabbage line of microgreens. We have available Red Acre, Golden Acre and Pak Choi cabbages. Also featuring a fourth kit that has both pak choi and red cabbage so you can make your own mix or create something like pictured on the left. I simply took the pak choi and seeded in a rough circle and then added the red cabbage around the center circle. The microgreens produced by these brassicas are not only spectacular looking but have just an incredible taste profile. An interesting article appeared today in Vox, entitled "Kale, brussels sprouts, cauliflower and cabbage are all varieties of a single magical plant species". It pointed out that our super brassica mix and cabbages are all related and have similar nutritional profiles. Microgreens from this family provide incredible levels of nutrients and cancer fighting compounds. Kits will be available this weekend in our etsy store check them out ...  We have finally gotten our new Seeding Solution product ready to ship. This new applicator will produce 4 crops (based on our standard kit grow trays) of microgreens in containers of your choice. You simply shake and grow in your container and on media of your choice. The container will be filled with seed (your choice) a custom media mix that also contains our sea solid fertilizer and other nutrients to give your new crop an initial boost. You can seed normally as a microgreen tray with very dense seeding or spread them more sparsely to allow for growing out to baby greens or just sprinkle over your container garden outdoor plot to kickstart your new crops with our great seeds. All seeds are non GMO with most also organically certified. Our Seeding Solution works on ANY media and for ANY purpose (microgreens, baby greens, garden growing) !!!
