Red, Golden and Pak Choi ...

How about our second wave of brassica super foods, the new cabbage line of microgreens. We have available Red Acre, Golden Acre and Pak Choi cabbages. Also featuring a fourth kit that has both pak choi and red cabbage so you can make your own mix or create something like pictured on the left. I simply took the pak choi and seeded in a rough circle and then added the red cabbage around the center circle. 

The microgreens produced by these brassicas are not only spectacular looking but have just an incredible taste profile. An interesting article appeared today in Vox, entitled "Kale, brussels sprouts, cauliflower and cabbage are all varieties of a single magical plant species". It pointed out that our super brassica mix and cabbages are all related and have similar nutritional profiles. Microgreens from this family provide incredible levels of nutrients and cancer fighting compounds.
