A Focus on Health

We have been using all of our tools and products to get to a better state.  As we grow older, it is becoming increasingly evident that if we can control what we put into our bodies, we can help our bodies do what they are supposed to. When we started microgreenfarm.co and urbafresh foods we took on supplying live, fresh foods for our consumption. We also found our sea solids and noted that by making sure we had a ready supply of minerals and trace elements so our body was better able to cope with some of the imbalances of living and aging.

We have taken all of these items and combined them in a new website that attempts to tie this all together. We label our site Seeking Balance and incorporate there all the elements so far we have encountered and that have made a difference for us. We have now produced some limited quantities of seasoned sea solids that will be available for purchase later this week. These salts are all based on the gold standard of sea salts that contains 90 trace minerals and elements. Watch for another blog entry announcing the release for sale the complete line of salts in perfect gift sizes ... give the gift of balance while enhancing the taste of any food or dish.
