Amazing Shelf Life ... The Success of Our New Live Trays

We have been searching for keys to providing fresh LIVE microgreens to consumers and I think we may have unlocked the secrets.  Take a look at these photos snapped today of our live trays that are now 14 days old !!!    The pak choi shows some degrading, but nothing signficant.  I gave some of our trays that we removed from the display to the managers of the store for their lunches and they were amazed with the robust flavor and strength of the "aged" microgreens.

Microgreens are very delicate products and typically have a shelf life of less than 5 days and in some case far less.  Our new product delivers all the color and nutrition and takes shelf life and FRESH to a new level.  Just to show again the display of our live trays in the store produce section.
