Another Live tray option

Today we placed several of our new live trays to test market them alongside our present covered trays. These new trays are open and live, like a living plant that you can buy at the flower shops, except these are our living foods. This pictured crop is hong vit radishes and they were grown out for 10 days before being delivered for sale today. We delivered some chinese broccoli also today. Part of the testing will be to see how the new configurations handle the A/C in the stores. We have found that the A/C in stores dries out the media rapidly. Note the water tray at the bottom which will allow us to add water easily along with keeping the roots from drying out.
