Day 10 - Harvest Ready

This is photo of our first tray of broccoli seeds that have been in our Microgreen Kit for 10 days now ... we are nearing a harvest point as you can see the first secondary leaves starting to appear.  In the next day or two when we have more of these second leaves we will harvest and document the yield of our first crop.  We have many ideas to try going forward and with the success of this first crop, we have planned our next planting of a radish mix.  Stay tuned for the next installment of our Microgreen blog ...
