Edible Art is More Than Meets the Eye

It is always fun to align with and promote work done by good people. Dr. Calvin Lamborn is the man responsible for our new snap green microgreens and here is his story.

His snap greens have created some of the most stunning micro shoots we have ever seen and we can hardly wait to get them in the hands of some of our chef clients to see what they can create. We will be publishing more pics and dishes soon.

Above photos were taken from our first trial of snap greens grown in our standard MicroFarm. The photos are at 18 days of growth, we feel the optimum to about 21 days and our initial delivery samples will be made this week. The snap greens are spectacular and the tastes are incredible, EDIBLE Art!
