As a followup to our cream cheese with chives snap greens on a cracker we were thinking of a more hearty meal type application of the Calvin's Petite Snap Greens. One of our favorite soups is Japanese miso soup. This seemed like a natural as we prepare miso soup with tofu and seaweed with free range local egg added to make quite a nice meal in a hurry. Knowing the taste profile of the snap greens (crunchy snap pea taste) coupled with the really cool look, we simply added our fresh greens as garnish on the soup. The results are pictured here and the taste is even better than the pictures could ever portray. Think of it as a savory soup with peas added, another winner edible using snap greens!
