Even MORE Amazing Shelf Life or A WOW Moment !!!

When we first delivered our new LIVE trays we knew we had something special.  We did not realize just how special our new techniques and containers were.  Today marked 3 weeks exactly since I put the first trays in produce section of our local Down to Earth store.  We removed this remaining tray not because it was going bad, but because it was going too good !!!   The red arrow radishes had filled the container and was pushing the top like it wanted to escape ...

Picture #1 shows the Red Arrow Microgreens that we delivered on Day 1.  Picture #2 shows display in the store at about 10 days (the Red Arrow is front and center right under the Kohlrabi).  Picture #3 is the tray after I took the top off to let the microgreens out today - 3 WEEKS to the day !!!  WOW, unprecedented shelf life.


Note that the plants are still in microgreen stage and not yet with the true leaves emerging so the taste and nutritional level are at maximum levels.  Our organic sea solid fertilizer adds a unique flavor to this spectacular crop and with the stunningly vivid colors we believe we have upped the bar on nutritional content from these little guys ... double WOW, colors and flavor deliver a nutritional punch !!!
