We have a large order of our live trays to deliver this week, it is a great opportunity to illustrate how our process can work at scale. These are photos of part of the order to be delivered Tuesday. First photo is the finished tray that we will deliver on Tuesday. Next is a spread of trays that was taken last night around 8pm. The last photo is a picture of the same set of trays this morning around 11am that had morning sun today. That first impact of sunlight on these Arugula Microgreens is truly dramatic ....
