Earlier this year, we produced our first living microgreen product. After a run of several hundred units, we discovered some issues with our first iteration that we delivered and incorporated a lot of feedback to bring to you living microgreens 2.0. Here are actual photos of a package of red arrow microgreens in our new packaging. We are currently testing other crops and will be delivering the first units for sale this coming week. Notice that we are now using a sea solid nutrient source and we will have more on this in another blog coming soon. Delivering LIVE Microgreens from store to table raises the bar for FRESH !!!

Where did you get those clamshells? I've been searching and can't find them anywhere. Those would work great for a mini-green house for my wife's students.

yes, in fact those were grown in the clamshells on hydro mats

What is the growing medium in the clamshell please? Is it wood pulp.

it is micro mats from true leaf markets ... they are cellulose
