Last Initial Seed - Tatsoi at 9 days

This is a pic of the harvest day for our last seed packet in the Microgreen Starter Kit.  This is a delicate oriental microgreen, tatsoi.  This crop is characterized by a crisp taste and delicate stem and leaves.  I decided to harvest a day sooner than normal as I wanted to replant with our "secret sauce" media.  Normally this tasoi planting would have gone to 10 days but this shows growth and colors a day early ...

The tatsoi seed hulls were more pronounced that the other seeds, even with careful harvesting.  There were many seed hulls on the washing that needed to be skimmed.  Not a problem unless you are doing this for resale.  Full harvest container shows the delicate stems and vibrant green tops ...
