Meet The New Champ

Our microgreen crops and techniques of growing continue to evolve, but I think we are almost at the limit of just how fast we can get a crop done.  Check out our new champion crop ... this is a picture of red arrow radish microgreens at just a few hours shy of a week of growth.  The crop is so dense and colorful I just had to show you this new favorite.  Not only are the colors and growth intense, but the flavor of the radish mirrors it's looks ... great zing to anything you want to add this too.

We are featuring this seed in our beginner kits now available in our store as it should provide almost instant gratification for first time farmers .... you can start to eat these with anywhere from 5-10 days of growing time !!!
