Microgreen Home Sampler Kit Using New Eco Containers ...

We just received our new eco containers that will become the basis of our educational kits. These containers are clear food grade 8oz deli containers.  These containers are made with corn based materials and thus use no petroleum to produce and since they are plant based, are also compostable.  With materials now complete, we present a kit based on eco containers that uses sustainable coir based media and organic and non GMO seeds.  So here is what the kit looks like ...

The kit contains materials to produce three crops of microgreens similar to the crop pictured in the photo.  Crops included in our new sampler are broccoli, radish blend and buckwheat lettuce.  The grown out sample above is the actual buckwheat lettuce in a little less than 7 days and almost ready to harvest.
