Just wanted to share with you today something really spectacular that is happening with our Full Spectrum Sea Solids for Microgreens ... I had to cut these fellas today as they were TOO tall after 9 days .... just blew me away and you can see these are still microgreens as no true leaves are emerging yet. They taste like a daikon radish with a hint of salt. Would also like to share a hint from #ethel who found that you could harvest a portion of your tray, put the cover on it and place in refrigerator. This allows you to enjoy your fresh microgreens over an extended time very similar to our astounding shelf life we are getting in our live trays in the store. She has used this trick to coax three or four meals from the one tray and always obtaining the freshest you can get since the plants are still living.
A quick teaser for all you aspiring microgreen farmers out there, we will be unveiling a Microgreen of the Month Club that will give you access to great deals and a new featured crop each month. You will purchase your initial materials and then once a month after that have access to new seeds. The club will have a private website with tips, discussions and access to a members only store featuring discounted materials ... stay tuned this weekend for more info !!!
