To round out our new offerings we are going to picture all five of them in one post. When we started putting together kits and crops we concentrated on seeds that would produce microgreens in approximately 7-10 days. We tried several of these crops earlier and just didn't let them grow long enough. So we decided to extend the growing time to see what would happen. Pictured here to the left is our garlic chives. These microgreens have got the most intense aroma of any of our microgreens. Flavor to match as one tender and wispy stalk will just blow your taste buds away. Grow them out for 3 weeks and top on anything you want to give a kick to ... Enter our new kits designed to grow for 2-4 weeks. The pictures are of the crops at 2 weeks, but you can see from the pictures, these plants are nowhere near reaching the true leaf stage. Great looking, great tasting, full of nutrition and fun to grow. These new kits will be in our store by this weekend! Chinese Parsley, Beets, Swiss Chard and Purple Basil. Your patience will be amply rewarded.
