Parsley Long Term Test ...

We last blogged a week ago of our new kits and have them available in our online store and etsy store. It is now a week later and I just had to show you our newest kit, chinese parsley microgreens. We are super excited with this new offering as the benefits of consuming parsley all fit in with our idea of what wellness should be. 

The picture above shows our kit after 3 weeks of growth and I have circled the first true leaves that appeared. They have the shape of what you picture parsley should look like. This great looking microgreen has incredible flavor while being recognized as one the 7 most potent disease fighting herbs.
