The Enchanted Forest ... of Microgreens

Check out these these pictures taken today of a new custom mix of radishes that I dubbed the "enchanted forest" as the intense colors of these microgreens and the deep purples emerging into the forest of red trees beneath the green canopy.  If we let the growth go a few more days, the purple shoots will emerge and color the intense green canopy.

We are developing several custom blends of microgreens like this for our customers.  We have created and are testing a superfood blend that we should have growing results next week.  Stay tuned ...
