The Greens Have Landed ...

OK ... we delivered our first large batch of live trays yesterday to Kula Fields, they are going to try the  live microgreens in their baskets of fresh produce and sell the kits through their stores.   The live microgreens will add a new dimension to the produce they deliver.

The first picture is a closeup through the cover of the actual arugula crop in our live trays.  Pic 2 is the order ready for pickup ...  arugula grows quickly in our warm climate (Kahului, HI) and our crop was ready to deliver in 5 days from seed to live tray.  The last pic is a shot of our racks that we used to grow the trays ... it took four racks and the table to complete our growing area.  This is called rapid escalation to scale ... woo hooo !!!
