Below are the promised photos of our system with 7 days of growth ... crops are radish blend, arugula and wasabi. Look at compare the amount of growth in the four days in the sunlight. Note the colors and leaves. The plants are all fighting to get to the light, so the elongation is extraordinary. The radishes are the craziest ... I measured on stem that snaked under to find a spot to extend it it was over 7" long ... better than an inch a day !!! I did something different on the radish blend harvesting as the microgreens were so intertwined. I harvested one cut a day earlier and snipped the tallest ones and gave the undergrowth another day ... here is the resulting harvest. Note that the photo of the radish blend tray shows after the initial harvest. The picture of the container is the harvest from the day before ... It was an incredible harvest of some of the strongest microgreens to date in a 7 day grow period ... Tomorrow we will start to show a new product based on the original microgreen kits. We wondered if we could create a companion product to round out our salads. Noting the same arugula seeds would be suitable for baby green creation, we researched and came up with a variation that might enable a nice supplement to our microgreens using the same format ... a baby green kit ... we have started experimenting and will publish the first week of our new product tomorrow ... stay tuned !!!
