Too Beautiful ...

Tomorrow is harvest day for our radish mix and sango radish microgreens.  I am totally in awe of the beauty of the sango radish leaves ...  these are 6 days old and are really tall and defined with vibrant and deep coloring (probably indicative of the nutrition in these wonderful microgreens).  These microgreens were in our growing media that contains a base of coir with worm castings and trace minerals.  We are going to undertake some testing to try and isolate the supplement that has caused this explosive growth.  The crop is at least twice as tall and the leaves and stems are extremely robust both in color and size.  Just incredible results ...
